From The River To The Sea

ENABLING ISRAEL’S EXTERMINATION

“from the river to the sea Palestine will be free” is now the favorite chant of university students in America. Likewise, of youth worldwide across social media led by China’s Tik Tok. Moreover, as proclaimed by Jihadi radicals including Hamas, the slogan clearly advocates the extermination of Israel. Furthermore, leftist members of the House of Representatives, led by Rep. Rashida Talib (D-MI) echo the anti-Semitic slogan. This is a misguided attempt at moral equivalence between the lawful State of Israel and terrorists. Meanwhile, instinctively cautious Secretary of State Anthony Blinken lends credence to calls for a “ceasefire,” urging Israel to “pause.” This to facilitate humanitarian relief and open a hostage negotiation.

CEASE-FIRE CHORUS

However, gullible diplomats, legislators, academics and students in America are not alone. Ever-unscrupulous Beijing has erased Israel from its world maps. Turkey, supposedly a NATO ally, has hinted it may declare war against Israel. Abraham Accords signatories are distancing themselves from Israel. Iran ignores President Joseph Biden’s empty threat of “don’t” by attacking American installations via proxies. Furthermore, the Biden Administration’s proposed “pause” will allow Hamas to continue to regroup and divert “humanitarian” resources for itself. Note that Hamas has hoarded fuel meant for Gaza civilians. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris has announced an initiative to curb alleged “Islamophobia,” without addressing actual anti-Semitic hate crimes. According to FBI Director Chrisopher Wray, 60% of all hate crimes in America are anti-Semitic. America is less than 3% Jewish. The Biden Administration appears more concerned about Muslim-American votes in Michigan than the existence of Israel or American national security.

AMERICAN WATERSHED

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu faces a life and death struggle for national survival. President Biden faces a struggle for political survival, at least as the lifelong politician sees it. This is because, the naïve leftists who identify as Democrats have split with their pro-Israel elders. Even Hillary Rodham Clinton has been denounced. Echoing Mao’s cultural revolution, today’s neo-Marxist cancel culture and other attempts to “reimagine America” have backfired on the party of Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Harry Truman. Moreover, the biblical Israelis, arguably the “indigenous” people of their 1948 United Nations partition (in which Israel welcomed non-Jewish citizens), are now condemned as “apartheid occupiers,” “colonizers” and “settlers.” Israel’s determined response to Hamas is labeled “genocide.” The American left and it’s media enablers are anti-Semitic, which feeds an ongoing American national identity and policy watershed.

ONE-STATE VISION

Hamas and, yes, their Palestinian hosts favor a one-state solution to the Israel-Palestine question. Naturally, that single state would be a Muslim Palestine. Meanwhile, the Biden Administration clings to a two-state vision. In retrospect, the decision of Allied Supreme Commander Gen. Dwight D. Eisenhower to explicitly and graphically document the horrors of the Nazi death camps liberated by American forces in 1945 remains imperative. For today’s American left, the Holocaust is an inconvenient and remote historic abstraction. Moreover, they appear comfortable with the one-state Jihadi “final solution.” In America, self-described progressives released a “Gaza 2024” statement withdrawing support for Biden’s re-election unless he “ends American support for Israel’s brutal war, ethnic cleansing and genocide” in Gaza. An open letter from 100 Columbia University professors called the October 7 Hamas massacre “a military response by a people who had endured crushing and unrelenting state violence from an occupying power.”

IS AMERICA NEXT?

It is unsurprising that the existential threat to Israel posed by Hamas, et. al., is awkwardly at odds with the tendency of the Biden Administration to appease enemies and placate its left wing. The Democratic Party is now divided between those who remember the Holocaust and why Israel exists, and those who are clueless. But so far, President Biden has at least tried to remember the direct link between the “final solution” practiced by Nazi Germany and the wanton slaughter of October 7, 2023. Meanwhile, for three years, the president has allowed six million undocumented migrants into America, of which over one million are “gotaways.” Therefore, the United States has no idea how many Jihadi sleeper cells have infiltrated the homeland, waiting to do Iran’s bidding and kill Americans. Moreover, the leaders of Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah have openly targeted Jewish communities in America and Europe.

HAMAS UNMASKED

Prime Minister Netanyahu has understandably rejected a “cease fire” or “pause,” unless it is tied to a bona-fide release of the October 7 hostages in exchange for “humanitarian” relief. Hamas, which is responsible for the Gaza crisis, has replied to Secretary Blinken’s proposal for a “pause” by openly proclaiming that they will repeatedly strike Israel until its extermination. Hezbollah in Lebanon concurs. Consequently, the only solution is to blast Hamas out of or bury it into its “Gaza Metro” tunnel network. Meanwhile, Hamas will use any pause to its advantage, dribbling out hostages and dragging out negotiations to maintain leverage. Consequently, the best way to help the Palestinian citizens of Gaza is to defeat Hamas without delay. At least the Biden Administration, media and the gullible American left appear to give a damn about the people of Gaza, which unmasked Hamas and their masters in Teheran obviously do not.
